During the construction of my home someone left a window unlocked and later came back, pried the window open and stole my contractors tools. During the break-in a part of the window assembly broke making the window inoperable. I repeatedly sent Jeld-Wen window company emails asking for assistance to identify the needed part and to place a order for it, they ignored every request. I then found the Blaine web site, they made it so easy. Just take a photo of the broken mechanism and sent it to them for identification. They made it so easy to get the part to fix my window. It is refreshing to find a company that actually cares about customer service. I will have no hesitation to call on them again if I ever have a need.

Joe and Anthony came out and were able to remove my over sized door as well as the fixed section to repair the sliding door. This was no easy job and did a great job. They explained clearly what the problem was didnt leave until they were satisfied with the operation of the door. Great job guys, I highly recommend.

I have been using Blaine for over 20 years. My business repairs windows and screens for residential apartments. We use them to find and obtain window components like patio door screen rollers, jalousie handles and replacement of lost storm windows and screens.
Without their help we would be unable to find many hard to find parts. We save our customers a great deal of money because we can repair and not replace their windows. Blaine will also find difficult parts, without charge, before you order them if you have a sample part or a picture. It may take a while but we would rather wait than replace a $500 window.
Blaine is small but they deliver. Try them, they will help you.

I had a GREAT experience using Blaine for the first time. Regardless of the other reviews, I gave them a chance to order glass for our new table. A gentleman came to measure and the glass came in perfect. I also had trouble with the furniture and needed it replaced. Blaines customer service was great and understanding. They held on to the glass for me for two weeks and delivered the same day my new set arrived. I will highly recommend them for glass and will use them in the future without thinking twice.

I have been going to Blaine since my father brought me there longer ago than I care to think about. If we needed parts or repair or even custom storm windows for Dad's place in Wisconsin Blaine is THE place to go! From Monica who greets me at the front desk to the Technicians who
come out to do the work they have all been courteous & professional. Some time ago our neighborhood was overrun by skunks making it impossible to let our dogs out at night. The neighborhood tried everything from repellent to traps.
It did nothing and we finally resorted to BB's & Pellet's to stop the problem. Unfortunately a window got a BB hole in it so it was off to Blaine. I have to say no body at Blaine laughed at my sad story( and they certainly could have) till I started laughing then we were all in tears and I earned the nickname Skunk Hunter.
Monica arranged for the guys to come out and replace the thermo pane window for my neighbor. Of course it wasn't my window. She was so pleased with the work that was done she is going to ask Blaine to do some other repairs that I'm not responsible for.
So if you need hardware,screening,repair,or custom work go to Blaine. They will help.I go no ware else.

My family and I have used Blaine for many years now. They are a small family owned business that goes above and beyond with service and knowledge of window repair and parts. We have had many repairs and parts serviced through them and each and every time have been satisfied. I would recommend Blaine to anyone. They are good people with knowledge of the business! 2 double pane windows, 1 broke on outside, 1 on inside...both fixed very efficiently within 3 days!! (would have been 2, but I made it an extra day!!) Nice guys doing it, very friendly!!! and considerate! I would highly recommend!!!
